Pop Up #01 - Hong Kong

My first pop-up event will be hosted in Hong Kong, the city I grew up in. 

Putting together memories I have from this amazing city and my culinary adventures through Paris, Lyon, Tokyo and New York, you'll be served a 5-course tasting menu featuring a variety of local & imported ingredients prepared with a French culinary approach. 

This luncheon is limited to 24 seats only, tickets are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.
